FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept new patients?
We are always glad to have new patients call our office.  A referral is not necessary.  If you have seen a dentist in the last few years, we would like the latest x-rays for our records.

Do you accept my insurance plan?
We are participating in the local Excellus BlueCross/BlueShield plan, Health Economics Group, and MetLife.  For your convenience, we will submit insurance forms to other insurance plans also.

What are your payment options?
We accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards.  We also offer financing for major procedures through CitiHealthCard.

When should I take my children to the dentist?
We like to see children in our office between three and four years old.  Your child’s first experience in our office may be at the parent’s appointment.  We try to make the visit a positive experience, often times with just a ride in the chair, counting teeth and a trip into the toy drawer.  Of course, if your child has an injury or you or the pediatrician feels an earlier appointment is necessary, please call the office.
